Tonight after work, we
joined our friends Nathan and Danette and Sameh at Zellerbach Hall for a
concert of flamenco music (and dance!) by the Paco de Lucia Septet.
His shows over the past few years have always been spell-binding, and this
one was no exception. sadly, all of our pictures from the show are super-exposed...not
enough control over the shutter speed with the C990Z. So the various pictures
posted are those for which I was able to create some sort of artistic impression
from the whacked out image captured on silicon.
After the show, we wandered into downtown Berkeley, eventually settling down
at Ichiban Sushi Restaurant, where we had a fine meal of sushi and other
Japanese treats.
