Arriving at the Fillmore just before the scheduled 8 PM door time, we ran into Cindy Hart outside, looking to sell Jon's ticket as he was down in Mountain View, helping with backstage hospitality at the Bridge Concert. Since we needed tickets, that worked great for us, and I picked up a second ticket from the box office along with tix to the late December Lobos shows. As the doors were still shut, I hustled back around the corner to Starbucks for a quick double espresso (gotta seize the caffeine advantage when ya can!). By the time I got back, the house was open, and Cindy and Ting had grabbed a table in the balcony to serve as our viewing and listening base for tonight's festivities.
