* Tomales Bay oysters Rockefeller
* _Surprise_ smoked salmon, courtesy of Dave Michaelson
* Moss house ricotta "cheesecake" baked with artichokes and green garlic with toasts and basil fennel marmalade
* Little gem lettuces, candied bacon, Point Reyes bleu cheese, avocado and champagne mustard vinaigrette
* Roasted organic rainbow carrots, escarole and "frazzled" leeks
* Risotto with foraged nettles, wild mushrooms, roasted garlic and grana padano
* Really sloooow roasted Marin Sun Farms cochon with sweet and spicy chilies and caramelized onions
