* Duroc pork belly "Cubanos" with da Chef's pickles, Fra' Mani ham, mustard and gruyere
* Brentwood white corn and Maryland lump crab fritters with "STFU" sauce
* Moss House artichoke, roast garlic and Reggiano souffle
* Heirloom tomatoes off the vine with burrata, arugula, crostini, white balsamic, evoo and Oaktown spice shop's cherrywood smoked salt

Wow! Another fine afternoon and evening at Moss House. What a pleasure it is to cast aside all care for a day and just hang out with friends (old and new!), eating great food and listening to killer tunes.
