## Notes

The Mavericks regaled us with a solid hour of twanging rock and soul -- sharing that musical gumbo they perfected in their first few albums some twenty years ago, and reconjured in this year's _MONO_.  Definitely one of the highlights of a killer day in the park! I wish I'd had the time and energy to get out and see the perform a full evening's set -- maybe next time!
