## Notes

For a high profile band, tonight's gig was a surprisingly low key event. We arrived fashionably late (traffic and other obligations, y'know), but somehow managed to get a spot with friends on the rail. Hats off to friends like that!

Being that the show was quasi-acoustic, it was a little short on raging guitar solos, but with Louis on jarana for at least half the tunes, there was no lack of flying fingers or fluttering filigree. Woo-ee baby, I'll take more of that, yes sirree! 

It would have been nice to go backstage and greet the boys afterwards, but i was feeling run down from the long day, and worried about getting home before tonight's storm swept in, so after a round of hugs and goodbyes, we hustled off into the mist for the drive back east across the bay.
