* Potato-green garlic cakes with Dungeness crab salad and avocado
* Fava bean, Meyer lemon, arugula and fromage blanc croustade
* Carrot and pea tendril salad with chicory, crispy chick peas, candied bacon and lemon verbena - Point Reyes bleu cheese vinaigrette
* Wild rice and California brown rice with toasted pine nuts, grilled scallions and red lentils
* Roasted Delta asparagus with pistachio pesto and shaved Dry Jack
* Hot smoked Pacific Steelhead with caramelized Spring onions, rhubarb and fiddle head ferns
