## Today's Menu

* Moss House golden zucchini cakes with Da Chef's cured salmon and dill creme fraiche
* Empanadas filled with Brentwood sweet white corn, roasted sweet and spicy chilies, black beans and queso fresco
* Green goddess salad of little gem lettuce, avocado, Moss House cherry tomatoes, Point Reyes bleu cheese and Nueskes bacon chunks (on the side of course)
* Heirloom tomato risotto
* Herb and garlic buttered Romano beans
* Mary's chicken stuffed under the skin with Cypress Grove "Herbs de Humboldt" chevre, spinach and sundried tomatoes with pan sauce
* White nectarine "Napoleon" with phyllo, vanilla bean custard and creme chantilly
