## Notes

Tonight's show started off with a new arrangement for _Samson_; very slow. Didn't work for me today. Bummer. _Brown-eyed Women_ was fine, but it's a hard song for me to get too enthusiastic about at this point. _El Paso_ was positively torpid. No wonder the hero got caught in the end. And then things picked up. _They Love Each Other_ was kinda bouncy. _Cassidy_ was kinda slow, but had plenty of wonderful open space, as did the following _Bird Song_. And _Don't Ease Me In_ was a nice quick romp to wrap things up for this set. Not profound or anything other than a fun rocker.

Second set was considerably more compelling: a solid effort, through and through.
