## Notes

* _Minglewood_ was played over a totally diffent vamp than the Dead version, sort of a basic blues shuffle? Maybe Dave took his arrangement from the 1930 recording by Noah Lewis? REB has a pretty helpful [page](http://www.taco.com/roots/minglewood.html) about the history and evolution of this tune.
* _Never Let Your Fire Go Out_ was also played in an unusual arrangement: it sounded to me as if the band started out playing _Back at the Chicken Shack_.
* As originally planned, both the first and second setlists included one or more tunes ("Animals medley", _Morning Dew_!), presumably cut as spur of the moment choices by Dave.
