_Pas le dîner français de votre mère (Not your Mama's French dinner)_ by Jeff da Chef, featuring:

* Menage a trois du tartare: ahi tuna, hamachi and salmon; crostini, capers, green garlic, Meyer lemon, parsley, aioli;
* Croque "Meester": mini sandos of crispy pork belly, gruyere, pickles, bechamel and Dijon;
* Cannelini bean dip, chickpea cakes, crudite (vegan);
* Salad Verte: Little gems, endive, rainbow carrot "ribbons", bliss potato, crispy artichokes, Buddha's hand-chive vinaigrette (vegan);
* Da Chef's Coq au Vin, button mushrooms, pearl onions, lardons;
* Herbaceous Haricot vert, pickled red onion, almond brittle (vegetarian);
