I was surprised to note that Dave's Tribute to Merle Haggard & California Songwriters included a lot of his own tunes, but maybe that was on account of him doing an abbreviated festival set instead of the full revue. Dunno. But it was a hot set, and like always, made me think I need to get out and see him again soon.
