Slightly shorter set than last night; better off stopping when the inspiration runs short? Also seemed to me as if the overall mood was dreamier and more ethereal tonight. Not so many hard-driving wailing sections or groove-heavy jams. I'm pretty sure that the encore tonight was a repeat. Maybe SFJAZZ will post some info and help out on that count!
