The crowd tonight tilted strongly to the aging Boomer demographic: I don't think there were many folks present under 45.

It's good to see that Harvey is out and about doing shows again, and that despite his recent medical battles, he can still shred as well as ever. I probably should have bought his new CD, but short as it was, I wasn't quite motivated enough to stand in line at the end of the show – passing up my chance to get an autograph and a handshake from the master.

Harvey's set seemed to be split about 50-50 between his classic jams and new cuts, and for the most part, the newer tunes blended in just fine with the older ones. Eloy and Lisa both took star turns, singing tunes that were reasonably enjoyable, if not quite up to the high standard set by Harvey's instrumentals.
