Ready Position (Joon-Bee)

1. Move forward, middle ridgehand wedging blocks in left front stance
2. Move forward, twin middle inward hammerfist strikes in right front stance
3. Move backward, left low block (toward N) and right high backfist (toward S) in left rear defense stance
4. Shift left foot, right middle reverse punch in left front stance
5. Move backward, right low block (toward N) and left high backfist (toward S) in right rear defense stance
6. Shift right foot, left middle reverse punch in right front stance
7. Move backward, left low block (toward N) and right high backfist (toward S) in left rear defense stance
8. Shift left foot, right middle reverse punch in left front stance
9. Move forward, middle ridgehand wedging blocks in right front stance
10. Turn 45 degrees counterclockwise (face NW), move forward, left sangdan arc hand attack (i.e. "tiger-mouth hand") (Also block with right open hand below the left elbow) in left front stance
11. Move forward hopping off left foot, double upset punches in bent knee closed stance
12. Shift left foot backward, inner, low section block (bring right wrist into your open left hand) in horse stance (chest faces SW)
13. Move backward, left knifehand low block (to N) and right knifehand rising block (to NE) in right back stance
14. Lift left leg into a crane stance, chamber fists to the right hip, turn 90 degrees counterclockwise (face SW), left side kick, drop foot, jebipoom mok-chigi in left front stance
15. Move forward, right high front kick (maintain hand positions), as you drop the kicking leg, hop forward, right backfist strike (vertical) with right foot crossed in front of left foot (chest faces SE). Yell! (Ki-Hap)
16. Move left foot, turn 180 degrees counterclockwise, left knifehand strike (right fist at belt) in horse stance (chest faces SE)
17. Move forward, right inside crescent kick (into the left palm), drop leg, right elbow strike (into left palm) in horse stance (chest faces NW)
18. Bring left foot to right, step forward with right foot, right sangdan arc hand strike (as above) in right front stance
19. Hop forward off right foot, double upset punches in bent-knee closed stance
20. Shift right foot backward, inner, low section block (as above) in horse stance (chest faces SE)
21. Move backwards, simultaneous? right low knifehand block (to NE) and left rising knifehand block (to NW) in left back stance
22. Lift right leg into a crane stance, chamber fists to the left hip, turn 90 degrees clockwise (face SE), right side kick, drop foot, jebipoom mok-chigi in right front stance
23. Move forward, left high front kick (maintain hand positions), as you drop the kicking leg, hop forward, left backfist strike (vertical) with left foot crossed in front of right foot (chest faces SE). Yell! (Ki-Hap)
24. Turn 90 degrees clockwise (face NW), right knifehand strike (left fist at belt) in horse stance (chest faces SW)
25. Move forward, left inside crescent kick (into right palm), drop leg, left elbow strike (into right palm) in horse stance (chest faces NE)

Pivot on ball of left foot, turn 45 degrees counterclockwise, pull right foot to meet the left

Return to Ready Position (Bah-Roh)
