## Notes

It was broiling out in the sunshine by the time that the Mother Hips took the stage, but the dancing crowd didn't seem to care all that much as they lost there minds dancing to the magic that the band laid out.
I stayed hidden in the shade for the most part -- tucked under the corner of the Lagunitas beer tent at stage right, or peeking around the roof truss at stage left. Neither spot offered very good sound compared our spot on the grass in the center, but it was a heck of a lot cooler in the shade, so that's where I stayed!
