Notes

As always, Emmylou's set was a highlight of thw weekend. The crowd was really mellow by this point in the weekend, so except for a few local talkers, I don't have any complaints on that front, and we had an absurd amount of dancing space, smack dab in the sweet spot.

The set was pretty much one solid hit after another, all delivered with flair and elan. No guests this time around, but they weren't necessary, Emmylou lifted us all with her soaring voice, and her crack band pushed us all even higher. Way too much fun, especially the final, transcendent jam out on the end of Born to Run. I'm definitely looking forward to hearing that one again on one of thos webstream captures.

I'd like to thank the folks posting at setlist.fm for the help correcting and confirming some of my guesses, but no one's contributed anything so far!

Last not not least – actually, this should be “first and foremost” – giant, humongous heaping piles of gratitude to my pals Ted and Ross for their motivation and stamina, getting up and out early every day to claim a killer patch of grass for us to enjoy the weekend's festivities. Without their generous friendship, I would have been one unhappy camper!
