And following the Strictly with the Hardly, the Monophonics funked us hard with James Brown inspired riffs and swaggering tunes of love and loss. Maybe a little odd for the early afternoon time slot, but hey, it was a great set, I ain't gonna complain none beyond saying that if have liked another couple of tunes!

Kelly Finnigan is an enthusiastic front man, and I look forward to getting a chance to hear these his ripping it up in a nightclub someone soon.
