Notes

Today's event was pretty laid back, if slightly more crowded than last week. I was psyched to hear Greg's opener, Bus Ride Blues again – it's always nice to get something different into the setlist rotation!

Hard to Handle was rather funky, thanks to clavinet-like keyboard leads from Jordan. Jordan also contributed a very nice wah-wah guitar-like solo to Eyes of the World that somehow transmogrified into an organ solo in midflight. Good stuff!

On the Road Again was a mellow rendition of the Canned Heat boogie rather than the Memphis Jug Band's traditional tune picked up for awhile by the Grateful Dead.

Surprisingly, today's Songs to Phil the Air set omitted Ripple. Guess you can't take anything for granted these days!
