| Sadly, [Alexei Mochalov](http://alexmochalov.narod.ru/eng_bio.htm) had to cancel his appearances with Kremerata Baltica following the sudden and unexpected death of his wife, pianist Mariya Barankina, from influenza that morning. Consequently, the concert program was rearranged from the original plan, resulting in deletion of Shostakovich's work in favor of Weinberg's Symphony No. 10.
