Hot dang, we had us a good ole time at the Rooster Stage today! Strictly fine American music, all day long. My favorite set was the twin guitar attack of Messrs. Miller et Ribot, but really, the whole day was a true delight: music made by musicians mostly compelled to share their art rather than simply trying to earn a buck turning a cheap phrase into a million dollar hook (not that many would turn their backs on that greenback dollar, but as near as I can tell it ain't the prime motivation for picking up their instruments). Would have been nice to get longer sets, but shorter than normal is how it usually goes at a festival. | Hot dang, we had us a good ole time at the Rooster Stage today!
