Rather, a poor choice if you have any idea what a Philly Cheese Steak ought to be like. Cuz this wasn't it. Sweet bread bun? Velveeta? No gilled onions or peppers?  Achilles Wheel puts on a great opening set. We've seen them in other permutations, but I think this is our first experience with the full band, and I like it. Would have been nice to have the vocals just a little higher in the mix (the better to make out the words), but if the trade-off means a little less guitar, maybe the mix was already perfect! Closing the set with a romp through Los Lobos' _Evangeline_ was a pretty good choice: there was plenty of twirling going on for that one! Don't think I'll be heading out on tour, but I'm definitely looking forward to hearing them again soon. Achilles Wheel puts on a great opening set.
