Another fine afternoon with MTT and the SF Symphony. Really good, if romantic art-classical songs are the thing you want to listen to! I'm not normally a fan of that genre, but it was good enough to keep my attention at least 90% of the time! It will be interesting to find out what the various self-appointed expert critics have to say about the show, and whether or not they feel MTT measures up to the standard set by Mahler.
