Notes

Tonight's program was a funny mix: mostly Hanukkah songs (even though Hanukkah was a couple weeks ago), some random tunes (Woody Guthrie secular songs), and bit of klezmer.

Good show! But it would have been better if the floor was clear for dancing… maybe next time?

I don't remember prior shows of theirs having as much instrument-swapping as tonight. Maybe that's some showbiz shtick they added for their own enjoyment?

During Spin Dreydl Spin, Richie Barshay was whacking his stick on pretty much everything within reach (in addition to the hi-hat): the floor, plastic water bottles and foot pedals nearby, a stage monitor, Frank's keyboard stand… it was very amusing. Would have made for a good video!

Man in a Hat was my favorite: an absolute scorcher that started out fast, then got even crazier with each round through. No wonder they needed to follow up with a slow song!
