Notes

Like most sets in the Henderson Lab, tonight's set was short, but good. The band seemed pleased with the turnout (about 50-60?), and the crowd was politely enthusiastic. I really liked listening to Lisa Mezzacappa's bass lines: she does a great job seeing up a groove for everyone else to drape with dancing melodies. Strangely, the main hall was empty tonight: I wonder why. Maybe another arts organization made a reservation for it and then bailed out? Seems odd for the place to be dark on a Friday night!
