Performers

NRBQ

  • Terry Adams: keyboards, vox;
  • Scott Ligon: guitar;
  • Casey McDonough: bass;
  • John Perrin: drums.

Notes

NRBQ was good: I was really glad I went.

Terry is losing a little steam (no dancing on top of the keyboards this time), but for a guy in his 70's, he's still rocking hard, and they played pretty close to 2 hrs.

I think the show would have been better with a bigger, more enthusiastic crowd (it wasn't a sellout … maybe 1/2 to 2/3 full?), but it's hard to imagine the Q is going to draw many folks under 50 … and an older crowd isn't going to go crazy dancing and hollering the way they did 20-30 years ago. Heck, I mostly stood really really still myself…but I was dancing inside my head!
