The astute reader may wonder at the odd double-tilde markup – that's un-interpreted Markdown GFM formatting, meant to denote a section that has been struck-through. Unfortunately, Dokuwiki's Markdown interpreter fails to deal with that code (leaving it as plain text), and substituting the <del></del> HTML enclosure makes things worse, as the tagging is ignored in the header, but introduces unwanted line breaks on the following narrative text, like this. Doh! So we're stuck with the current ugly solution.

With that aside wrapped up, you'd think I could make time to write something interesting about the show, but for now, I'll comment only that it was excellent. Finkel & Han are top flight musicians, and as long as my schedule permits, I intend to see them every time they come 'round these parts.
